We have successfully taken up the task of restoration and conservation of art and heritage objects. We specialize in the examination, documentation, scientific analysis, restoration and preventive care of works of art.
We design and implement preservation consulting, hands-on conservation treatment, collection management services and art storage, which is accompanied by pest management and recovery from internal and external threats to art collection. Furthermore, we also install and launch suitable software’s to cater to the client’s database.
IHC carries out conservation and restoration of art objects such as paintings, works on paper, prints, manuscripts, painted textiles and wooden objects. Reversible-time tested methods and materials are employed in tandem with the current conservation practices worldwide. Conservation and restoration projects are often taken up either as an on-site project, or in our studio, depending on the needs and requirements.
With the aid of our specialized panel in different areas, services for individuals who may own precious objects of historical, cultural or educational value are offered, in addition to creating awareness of preventive care and identifying and developing standards of practices and training.
